Put your grapes in the freezer - frozen grapes make a great hot-weather snack. They taste like tiny popsicle bites but don't drip! Perfect for little hands.Make quick smoothies - you can blend any fruits you have on hand, of course, whatever your kids like. My kids like bananas blended with yogurt and frozen berries. They even think it's cool to have "Hulk Shakes" - smoothies with spinach, bananas, frozen blueberries and orange juice - and it fits in an extra serving of veggies!
Did you wind up with smoothie left over? Freeze it in popsicle molds!
Other things my kids like as popsicles are juice (or juice with water), yogurt, and pudding. Anything that's smooth and tasty can make a great popsicle! Lots of stores have inexpensive molds at this time of year.
Try one of these this week, and see if your kids like it! Do you have other great ideas for hot-weather snacks? Share them with Mom's Marbles!

My 14 month old is obsessed with popsicles, but has otherwise turned into a picky eater.
I pureed carrots and bananas (and a batch of carrot and strawberry) and froze the concoction in popsicle molds. He LOVES them. I'm thinking of doing a batch of black beans and tofu to sneak some protein in there.
By the way, they sell miniature popsicle molds in the $1 section at Target.
